Construction Updates

The Minneapolis Planning Commission approved a development project for Calhoun Square on March 31, 2008. The redevelopment began with the parking ramp has moved on to the main building.

Phase One

Construction has begun on the future LA Fitness space in Calhoun Square. The club will be located on the second level of the shopping center with an entry lobby and elevator on Lake Street and a second entrance inside the mall. Club services will include expansive workout areas, group fitness classes, and an LA Fitness Kids Klub with activities and supervision for children ages 3 months to 12 years.
