Dogwood Coffee will provide a very personalized coffee experience starting with the espresso and coffee islands manned by skilled baristas that customers will interact with when placing their order. Each cup is brewed to order using a number of techniques such as the clover brewing method. The Calhoun Square location is the first in the state to use the official World Barista Championship designed espresso machine to allow for unmatched precision in each coffee drink sold. The daily coffee menu will offer six different coffee varietals to order. Lattes, mochas, and brewed coffee will be sold only in a 10 oz mug or to go cup. The traditional cappuccino will be sold in a six oz cup. Weekly educational cupping classes are scheduled for Thursday nights from 6-7 pm.

1. Cleaning up – fashion will not be so much graphic driven – people are paying attention to details.
2. You’ll see more layering with outfits.
3. Straight leg and skinny jeans are the style of the season.
4. The slouchy top (circa early ‘80s) with leggings/skinny jeans will be in vogue again.
5. Accessory wise:
   • for guys – less is better – go with a simple watch to accessorize a classic look
   • for the gals – clean and bold patterns are the order of the day – the color green is very hot
